This award was an especially proud moment, since the national magazine's readers selected CHC to receive the honor. CHC’s New York Style Cheesecake Mix was even featured on QVC and sold-out in a matter of minutes. CHC has been featured on several local media outlets including WJRT, WNEM, WSMH and Detroit’s WXYZ. CHC prides itself on simplifying gourmet.
The company uses as many all-natural ingredients whenever possible and offers hundreds of versatile recipes in more than one cookbooklet and on the company’s website. Customers call all the time to share their recipe ideas and talk with the friendly staff for tips, recipes and to see what’s new. Most of them have come to learn that the voices on the line are familiar friends who have been with CHC for years. CHC is made up of loyal employees and several family members of its founder, Shirley.
